Brownie and Cookie Cake

Ingredients

Brownie Recipe ( fits a 7 x 11” tin, 2 inch deep)

100g Melted Dark Choc ( you can do half dark/milk if you prefer)

195g Melted Butter

30g Oil ( vegetable/canola/sunflower)

3 Large Eggs

1 Tsp Coffee powder mixed with 3 Tbsp Milk ( I used Semi Skimmed)

1/2 tsp Salt ( pulls out the choc flavour)

150g Plain Flour

100g Cocoa Powder

200g Light Brown Sugar

160g Caster Sugar

2 tsp Milk powder ( coffee milk powder is fine)

1 Tbsp Golden Syrup

Bake on 170C/ 335F/ Gas Mark 3 for 40 mins



Cookie Recipe ( serves 2 x 8 inch tins)

150g Melted Butter

100g Light Brown Sugar

100g Caster Sugar

1 large Egg

230g Plain Flour

1/2 tsp Baking Powder

3/4 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda

1/4 tsp

1 tbsp Corn Flour

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Handful of White Choc Chips ( push them into the batter)

1 tsp Milk Powder

1 Tbsp Golden Syrup

Bake on 160C/ 320F/ Gas 3 for 22- 25 mins

I am not good with Ratios but I use 200g Butter to 500g Chocolate. We recommend Callebaut for the best chocolate taste and experience
