Returns & Refunds Policy for Jinny’s Cakes

We hope you love everything you order, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • Not damaged or altered

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items NOT eligible for return include:

  • Edible products (e.g., colours, wafer paper, sprinkles)

  • Personalised or custom items

  • Digital downloads or printable templates

How to Request a Return
Email us at info@jinnycakes.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, the reason for return, and any relevant photos if applicable.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the item is incorrect or faulty: We cover return postage.

  • If it’s a change of mind: You cover the return postage.

  • Orders refused due to customs charges are treated as change-of-mind returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping or customs fees charged to us will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned item. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
