How to Use

Roll your sugar paste slightly thicker than you would normally use. If the paste feels sticky, apply a very light dusting of icing sugar or cornflour; otherwise, no dusting is required.

Place the paste onto the embossing mat and apply firm, even pressure with a rolling pin, working steadily across the surface to press the design in fully. Carefully lift the paste away and remove the mat to reveal a crisp, detailed embossed finish, ready to use on your cake.

Care Information

All embossing mats should be hand washed before first use and cleaned after use as required. These items are not dishwasher safe.

Wash gently using warm water and mild detergent only. Do not soak for prolonged periods. Allow to air dry fully before storing.
