SuperiOil products are oil based food colourings available in 30ml containers. They are excellent at achieving the same vibrant and vivid colors in high fat or oil content baking materials as Fractal gels do in easier-to-colour ingredients.
Such as: Chocolate, Butter, Fondant, Cream, Ganache, etc.
Shake well before use.
Be careful to only use metal tools when baking with SuperiOil colourings as they are hard to wash off of other materials (such as plastic, wood or fabric)!
