GLUTEN FREE, VEGAN FRIENDLY, KOSHER SUITABLE
Product with pasty consistency, variable with temperature, of intense colours. Suitable for all sort of icing, modelling paste, sponges and creams. Water based.
Ingredients: Water, glucose syrup, sugar, thickener: agar; humectant: glycerol; acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; colour: brilliant blue FCF. Maximum dosage: 15g/kg of finished product (cat. 5.4 Reg. 1129/2011).
Allergens: Possible cross contamination: May contain traces of soybeans.
Cautions: Allowed to be used only for food production purposes. Colours may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children
Storage Precautions: Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperature exceeding 45°C. Store in a cool and dry place.
Shelf life: Consume within 60 days from the first opening.
