Product with pasty consistency, variable with temperature, of intense colours. Suitable for all sort of icing, modelling paste, sponges and creams. Water based.
How to use:
Add directly to the product to be coloured. It can be used to coloured sugar paste, whipped cream, butter cream and cream. Allowed to be used only for food production purposes.
Ingredients: Water, glucose syrup, sugar, thickener: agar (E406), humectant: glycerol; acidity regulator: citric acid (E330); preservative: potassium sorbate (E202);
Ingredients for colours:
Orange: Water, glucose syrup, sugar, thickener: agar; humectant: glycerol; acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; colouring: sunset yellow FCF. Caution E110: May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Maximum dosage 1g/kg of finished product.

Storage Precautions: Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperature exceeding 45°C. Store in a cool and dry place.
