Saracino’s Pasta Model – modelling paste is the perfect fondant for creating high-quality, three-dimensional decorations. Designed to easily shape intricate details and complex figures, it offers an ideal consistency for maintaining the desired form without breaking.

  • Advanced Formula: The perfect balance of shea oil, cocoa butter and sugars ensures optimal performance in any climate, and it doesn’t dry immediately, allowing time to correct any imperfections.
  • Easy to Soften: Initially firm and compact, the paste softens after a few minutes of kneading or with a quick heat in the microwave

How to Use:

  • Knead the product for a few minutes to achieve a soft, workable consistency.
  • To speed up the softening process, briefly heat in the microwave (700 W) for a few seconds.
  • Shape as desired and allow the decoration to set until hardened.
  • Place the hardened decoration on the cake for a stunning finish
  • Ingredients: Sugar 43%, potato starch, glucose syrup, veg fats( shea oil, palm oil, cocoa butter), cornstarch, thickener E466, flavouring, preservative; E202, acidifier E330, colour; E153.
