How to use
Roll evenly over fondant or dough using light, even pressure for a defined embossed finish.

Top tip
For the cleanest finish, use shortening (Crisco works best) or a light dusting of cornflour before rolling.

Best used on fondant or dough. Not suitable for soft buttercream finishes.
