Shipping Policy for Jinny’s Cakes
Effective Date: 8 September 2025

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly and safely as possible. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, this may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery Options & Timeframes
Ireland: 2–4 business days
Northern Ireland & UK: 3–6 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Rest of World: 7–14 business days

We ship using trusted couriers including An Post, DPD, and Royal Mail. Tracking information will be provided where applicable.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders over a certain amount.

International Orders
Customers outside Ireland may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Shipping to Norway Norway is outside the EU customs union. Orders shipped to Norway are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and import VAT when the package arrives. These charges are determined by Norwegian customs and are not included in your order total.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses provided at the time of ordering.
