Before replacing your printhead:
We recommend first removing and thoroughly cleaning your existing printhead, ensuring your ink cartridges are correctly filled and flowing, then carrying out the appropriate cleaning/nozzle-check procedures for your printer.

A replacement printhead may resolve print-quality problems caused by a failed or damaged printhead, but it cannot be guaranteed to cure every printer fault. Similar symptoms can also be caused by cartridges, ink-flow issues or other printer components.
